In April, 2018, Rick Wuestling and Chandler Atkins obtained a defendant’s verdict from a jury in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri in the case of Madison v. Stith Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a the Loft. The case involved a stabbing of one customer by another customer at Defendant’s night club in the City of St. Louis. The jury’s defense verdict was entered after only thirty-five minutes of deliberation. Plaintiff’s Motion for New Trial has been denied. Plaintiff did not appeal.
