Dustin Goldberger’s practice at Roberts Perryman focuses on the areas of legal malpractice defense and insurance defense, including claims sounding in negligence, premises liability, and negligence. As a former criminal prosecutor, Dustin’s attention-to-detail and front-line trial experience make him a strong advocate for the firm’s civil clients.

Dustin obtained his undergraduate degree in History from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. Upon graduation, Dustin worked for one of the world’s largest retailers, leading a team that investigated theft and financial crimes, security issues, and operational problems within the company.

Ultimately, Dustin returned to his hometown of Saint Louis to attend Saint Louis University Law School. In law school, Dustin served as a staff member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and was selected as a teaching assistant in the school’s Legal Research and Writing program. Dustin also received Academic Excellence Awards in his Family Law and Negotiation courses.

Dustin later worked as an Assistant Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis. In this position, Dustin served as a first chair attorney who prosecuted multiple felony jury trials, and numerous bench trials. Since that time, Dustin has gained extensive experience representing clients in civil matters that involve complex legal issues and significant financial exposure.

Outside of his time practicing law, Dustin serves as a member of the Southside Early Childhood Center Young Friends Organization. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and dog.
