Brayden H. Sternklar

Brayden Sternklar focuses his practice on advising businesses across their full lifecycle, from formation and growth to restructuring and recovery, with a particular emphasis on the trucking and transportation industry. He works closely with trucking companies, logistics providers, and other businesses on formation, transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate workouts and turnarounds, providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to the operational realities of the transportation sector.

Brayden also represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters, helping them navigate compliance, risk management, and workplace disputes. In addition, he has significant experience in commercial trucking litigation and cargo claims, advocating for motor carriers, transportation companies, and logistics providers in complex, high-stakes matters involving accidents, cargo loss, and broader supply chain issues.

After completing his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Bradley University, Brayden attended law school at Drake University where he was a member of the Student Bar Association, Intellectual Property Law Society, and was the Production Editor for the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. In addition to student organizations, Brayden clerked for the Honorable Judge William P. Kelly in Iowa’s 5th Judicial District, and interned in the legal departments of large corporations in the insurance and securities trading businesses.
