Brad is an advocate for Missouri and Illinois’ employers on workers’ compensation issues. He assisted in the passage of the 2005 amendments to Missouri’s Workers’ Compensation Act and is currently working with the legislature regarding what we hope will be 2012 amendments. Brad Young is a member of the Missouri Self-Insurers ’Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Workers’ Compensation section of the American Bar Association, and the Workers’ Compensation sections of both the Missouri and Illinois State Bar Associations.
Brad will speak about the recent changes to Missouri and Illinois’ Workers’ Compensation laws. This program has been filed for 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit in Missouri.
