Ted Perryman was asked by the Missouri Trucking Association to present on the topic of Independent Contractor vs. Employee as it relates to the trucking industry. Mr. Perryman will be covering the latest state and federal developments. Additionally Ted will be covering Best Practices as related to trucking companies’ operations and classification of independent contractors.
MoTA was incorporated in 1937. Today it represents the interests of over 725 member companies that operate trucks, including both for-hire and private carriers, and allied members that provide products and services to the motor carriers industry.
