Ted Perryman Presents at Transportation Law Institutes 44th Annual

Ted Perryman, Chairman of Roberts Perryman, was a panelist on the subject of Defense Litigation Strategies for Handling Claims Based on Safety Regulations, Including CSA, and Hours of Service. As both casualty and cargo litigation are continually impacted by new regulations defense attorneys need to know how these regulations will be used by plaintiffs’ attorneys and know how to prepare effective defenses’ for their clients.

Ted Perryman was asked to contribute to this discussion based on his experience in defending motor and their insurance carriers on issues related to CSA , Hours of Service and casualty litigation. “More and more I am seeing my clients being called into question based on regulation violations and hiring practices. It is imperative to understand what strategies work and do not work.”
