Ted Perryman presented “Deposing a Safety Director” at the ITA Annual Safety & Maintenance Conference. Ted used actual video clips of various Safety Directors to illustrate how plaintiffs’ attorneys can lead Safety Directors in their line of questioning. Ted then used actual depositions to illustrate the information a Safety Director does and does not have to provide.
